Challenge letters are available for a one-time fee of £4.99. Subscription plans are billed monthly at the stated price.

Refund policy: if letter generation fails, we will regenerate your letter or issue a full refund. We do not offer refunds for unsuccessful tribunal outcomes. RentVerify is an information tool and does not guarantee any particular result.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use RentVerify for your own tenancy only. You must not:

Use RentVerify to harass landlords or generate false claims
Reverse-engineer any part of the service
Use automated scraping or data extraction
Resell or redistribute generated letters

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on RentVerify is owned by Baselyst Ltd (trading as RentVerify). Generated letters are licensed for your personal use in connection with your tenancy only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for tribunal outcomes, decisions made in reliance on information provided by RentVerify, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
